‍Scope of Services: We offer tailor-made AI & ML models, forecasting & time-series analysis, data analytics, multimedia & information retrieval and other development projects as required by our clients.

‍Data Encryption: All client data provided to us is encrypted to ensure its security. We use industry-standard encryption methods to protect your data from unauthorized access.

‍Data Retention: We do not retain any client data after the completion of a project unless explicitly requested by the client. If a client desires to have us on retainer for maintenance or any other purpose, separate terms will be agreed upon, which may include data retention policies.

‍Data Usage: Client data is used solely for the purpose of the project and is not used for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the client. We do not sell, distribute, or share your data with third parties.

‍Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to provide us with their data and that the data does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

‍Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon separately for each project. Failure to make timely payments may result in a halt of services.

‍Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataNerds Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

‍Warranties: While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from errors or defects. Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

‍Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

‍Changes to Terms: We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this document. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

‍Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

‍Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through arbitration in India.
